Yitzchak founded Etza Group in 2014 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He coordinates between the design, technology, and business development teams and is the main point of contact with all clients.
Yitzchak started his career as an intern at Mobileye Vision Technologies in the marketing department. Following this, Yitzchak became a Student Ambassador for Google at The Cooper Union where he assists with recruiting efforts on campus. He then joined Sunrise Securities as an Investment Banking analyst where he focused on structuring computer security contracts with large business enterprises. Yitzchak spent a semester at Carnegie Mellon University doing Human Computer Interaction research focusing on developing a more efficient UI/UX platform for Google Chrome.

Douglas Dolitsky joined Etza Group as a developer in 2016.
Douglas spent this past summer working as a software engineering intern at Google's Chelsea office in New York. Specifically, he built software for the Zagat mobile backend team in Google's geo division. Douglas has experience with both mobile and web application development and has previously worked with several tech startups including NewRow and SocialRank in New York City, as well as Philadelphia-based Tesorio.
Douglas studies computer science at the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. In addition, he is pursuing minors in mathematics and statistics.
Justin joined Etza Group at its inception in 2014, and serves as its Design Director. With expertise in both graphic design and web development, he is responsible for drafting and managing the company's design strategies, and works with Etza's skilled team of designers, developers and engineers to execute these creative ideas.
Justin began his career in 2009 interning for creative agencies and fashion startups in New York City, later advancing to production, and market research for print advertisement. Justin has experience both coding and designing his own websites from a young age, and in 2012 he began interning for VFILES, a social media startup in SoHo under its senior web designer and art director during the company's beta phase. Shortly thereafter, Justin began working full time as a freelance web designer and developer.
Justin studies art at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City, and spends his free time making art, hiking, and writing music.
Ben joined Etza Group as a software engineer in 2016.
He is proficient in Java, Objective–C, C, C++, C#, SQL, Visual Basic, Bash Shell Scripting, and Matlab. Ben has worked for Sterling Medical Devices where he wrote drivers to communicate with embedded devices, developed an android phone application that interacts with a medical device system, and have written unit tests in Java and C++. Ben worked for Tel-Instrument where he wrote a program to automate a process for Aircraft Test Equipment and learned static code analysis for C++, he worked for Wrightson ICAP where he wrote programs in Visual Basic to optimize processes and used SQL and Visual Basic to create a Microsoft Access database, and Ben has worked for Red Balloon Security where he learned how to reverse engineer embedded devices using soldering, a logic analyzer, the Linux terminal and terminal tools like binwalk, and the IDA disassembler.

Thomas Koch joined Etza Group in 2014 as a software engineer.
Thomas frequently explores innovative software applications within web and mobile development. His studies encompass a range of programming languages, allowing him to provide unique solutions to a myriad of problems.
Thomas works with Professor Raja on AI research at the Cooper Union and Columbia University. He uses state of the art machine learning algorithms to predict the occurence of pre-term (early) birth for mothers carrying babies. As a life threatening, multi-million dollar problem, the prediction of pre-term births is of the utmost importance.
Thomas is also a current front/backend developer for Mini-Circuits where he aids in the design and construction of a new website for the company.

Zhengqi has been serving as a Software Engineer at Etza Group since its inception.
Ross is a Software Engineer for Etza Group and has been with the company since its inception.

Arnold joined the Etza Group as a software developer in 2014.

Anushree Sreedhar joined the Etza Group as a QA Engineer when it was first launched in 2014.
Anushree has an innate interest in startups and creative development. Anushree participated in Invention Factory, a summer program by The Cooper Union in which she reinvented the fire extinguisher that was a Lemelson-MIT Finalist Invention for 2016. She uses her creativity and innovation to guide students to create a product at The Cooper Union Summer STEM Program.

Ruchi Patel joined the Etza Group as a QA Engineer when it was first launched in 2014.
Ruchi is familiar with corporate needs and creative development. She worked for Hold Brothers Capital, a Wall Street trading firm for two years before leaving to work in research and development for Ethicon by Johnson & Johnson. She invented a disposable skin-stitcher during the six-week intensive summer program Invention Factory 2015 at The Cooper Union, in which she placed first for Best Invention. She is featured in the second season of CNBC's Make Me a Millionaire Inventor.
Ruchi studies chemical engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
Anamika is a NY based graphic designer and artist responsible for the ETZA logo. She has worked on a variety of freelance design projects with various companies and start-ups such as Asia to Africa Safaris, Iron Salt and WOW Cabinet. With past internship experience at RUSH media and Aicon Gallery, she has been involved in Fashion as well as Art exhibition.
Anamika is currently pursuing a Fine Arts degree at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City with a focus in Graphic Design.
Shuyang is a Junior Software Engineer at Etza Group, and has been with the company since its inception.
